SCI's HST cycle

update:
Doing SST now, bodyweight is 202, two PRs today on the bench,
Bench Press: 205x5 and 245x1
It seems I finally found the 'groove', the perfect grip , the perfect arc of the elbows, the perfect shoulder position, etc. Also my shoulder is pain-free and rotator cuff is stronger than ever. It seems to be best when I squeeze my shoulder blades together and 'up' like I am holding the top of a shrug when I bench. I am still hoping to bench bodyweight x1.5 by 2008. Although my squat and deadlift are now climbing very slowly, so it may be the end of 2008 before I hit my goals of squat 2x bodyweight and deadlift 2.5x bodyweight.
Slowly and steady wins the race, or so the saying goes!
