TBH i didnt gain anything while i was doing them hypertrophy etc,what happened was it was so difficult mentaly and physicaly that when i went back to doing sets of 10 it felt so easy all my maxes went up

its something i wouldnt mind doing again its just that each workout takes a long time,unless you only use about 4 exercises.
