i spent many years(7-8) taking creatine and after looking back i realised how bloated i looked. i never realised it was the creatine.
i went back on it a few months ago, it gave me a few extra reps and a slight pumped look in the mirror.but i developed moonface again, so that was the final straw i came off it earlier this week.
the result was i look like ive lost 3% bf over night, although it was obviously water ,im still pleased to see the result.however id gotten used to the extra size it gave me

ive looked into the ethylester creatine which is supposed to give you less bloat. my question is does anyone have any xp with this stuff?
