SQUATS and DEADLIFTS!

my squats and deads are only 10k /22lb apart
for 5s i do deads 160k352lb squats 150k/330lbs old mans weights

Have you squatted longer than you've been deadlifting or are you not doing full ROM squats?

no started doing both at the same time,and do full a+g squats

I did that for a time, but as I approach my 5 RMs, I find it just takes the heart right out of me to do both...

i've tried that before, after i squat, i went for deadlift and i struggled on the warmup sets. my legs look like jelly because my legs kept wiggling. now i alternate them.
 
My squats and deads are about 30 kg apart (atg squat 100 Kg/Deads 130 Kg).

Trying to improve on this.
