Start of Final Week!

THis is the start of my final week of my 1st HST cycle. Needless to say I am in my max weight range but since I have caught the flu I wonder if I should even attempt to try a workout. I feel weak and tired. ANy advice on this weeks workout?
 
If you don't have a fever go ahead and workout. If you do have a fever you are screwed ... Rest, fluids, etc... Working out with a fever is not a good idea.
 
If you have the flu, then you should rest. Just let that be the start of your SD. Assuming you are well enough already, you can start the next cycle after a week or so.

Yep, feeling weak and tired is pretty much your body telling you to stop, flu can be dangerous specially in the range of the last week of negs, the effort put in can leave your most important muscle lacking, then if there are any signs of weakness you could be putting yourself at risk.

SD - at least you got to the last week, so you did well, pat yourself in the back, rest and...come back with a vengeance! ;)
