Started Second Cycle

I started my second cycle of HST yesterday after 13 days of SD.

I have increased my RM's and i found the first day of 15's really tough.

I am aching a lot today (day after). Legs, chest and abs especially.

Is this normal that the first workout is so hard after SD.

After yesterdays workout, i cannot see me completing the 15's properly.

Is this just natural after SD and will i find it becoming easier in the next few workouts?

Yeah, absolutely normal. It just means your SD was effective. Your will start to get your stamina and strength back during the 15s but they will still be hard as you have increased your RMs. By the end of the 15s you will be feeling much more ready for the 10s.

Stick with it and surprise yourself.
 
Cool thats what i thought.

Really was a shock to the system.

There i was thinking, "It should be okay today as it's a low weight".

Then when i started, i thought what the hell.
