Starting creatine mid cycle

I have just finished the 15's where I did one set per exercise for both weeks.

In the 10's I will do a set of 10 and a set of 5.

For the 5's I will do 3 sets each.

The 5's are going to be a bunch of work the second week so I was going to use creatine starting the second week of the 10's.

I respond very well to creatine and was curious if this will thow off the effectivness of my non creatine tested max lifts.

Probably not appreciably, but even if you do find that you can lift more as you saturate with creatine, I'd suggest that you continue the program you've designed for this cycle, and then obtain new maxes before you SD.
 
It certainly won't hurt your cycle. In fact, if it did make that big of a difference, that would only help you out when you hit the negatives.
