Strategic deconditioning

Hi,
After my 7th workout into my 4th week of the post 5s I am calling it strategic deconditioning:D!
Broke most of my records 1 week ago. Now 2 workouts later I was feeling quite a bit weaker. It is the same stagnating feeling that I used to get while continuously trying to progress before finding HST so I will take a break and plan my next cycle.
So I have gained about 4,5 kg or 10lbs from 70 to 74,5 kilo starting at 13% bodyfat I am now around 14%. Gained about 4 cm on my chest 1 cm on biceps and about 2cm on my waist. Looking bigger and fuller and just a little bit rounder around the belly. Think I will try to gain weight a little bit slower next cycle to avoid more fat gains, not really worried about the mirror but more about having to buy a couple of new suits...

I guess next cycle will be quite similar to this one

Row Machine
Pecdec
DB Shoulder Press
Lat pulldown
Side lateral raises
Trying to get a few more reps of pull ups every now and then
DB curls
Tri Pushdowns
Smith shrugs
Alternating Leg press and Leg extensions
Legcurls
Smith calf raises
Crunch machine
Hyperextensions

I might have to cut down the volume for the next 5 and post 5s somehow. Probably lower the sets of rowing and pulldown to 2 each. Doing them on alternate workouts might be too seldom or what do you think?
Any suggestions
