Hi guys, I just wanna know if I have to keep my supplementation on while on deconditioning stage?
I'm taking creatine, and protein shakes everyday. Hope that you can enlighten me.
BTW, HTS really works, I made a lot of gains over my 2-month training using this philosopy. And I actually add 40 pounds on my bench press.
