Anyone have any links to charts that list various strength levels for given bodyweights? I'm looking for kind of a "good, fair, poor" rating on a variety of lifts - bench, squat, dead, clean, snatch, etc. maybe based on bodyweight.... Any ideas? Nathan
Interesting, I get good and excellent on all except Deadlift, don't even get a Fair. Will have to look at this a little closer but overall I am pleased with my progress.
I like the idea of that link, but I don't know my 1RM. Is there any way those numbers can be tweaked for a quantity that is used in HST more often, such as the 5RM?
