Sugars

When you read the nutrition info on something, it simply lists "Sugar"

Particularly I was curious about the sugars found in:

Milk
Honey
Cereals (in general, like bran, oats etc)
Lollies

Anyone know?

And you're implying that all sugars are the same?

Or are you simply providing the daily Aaron-F, Sarcasm-For-Hire response...?

All carbohydrates are sugars.

Glucose, galactose and fructose.

Just alter the chain length and or distribution of monosaccharides and thats where it falls.
