thanks guys, ill try it out and see how i get on, i will probably put my thai boxing on hold and try this routine for 2-3 months as there really isnt enough hours in my day to do both everyday, because i work 10 hours a day long hours and it would just be far to much to do.
Id just keep my cardio up with skipping and stretching at home, plus my gym is quite some distance from me aswell.
