The Ultimate Anabolic Substance...

FOOD.

This stuff really works wonders.

BTW, this should be a sticky. Not that sticky's help much, since most fuktards who need them don't read stickies and just ask questions right away.
Anyway, this is the revelation that all those 'hardgainers' out there need, you know the ones, "I JUST FINISHED THREE MONTHS OF HST AND DIDN'T GAIN ONE POUND..WHAT COULD BE WRONG??? HELP ME!"

I hear you Sci.

I just wish I would have eaten properly when I was younger. That was the hardest thing for me to do (and still is to some degree). I never ate enough food to grow and wondered why all the hard work I was putting in wasn't producing much.

Now I know how important it is but I still have a hard time eating properly. It seams as if my busy life just gets in the way and I don't eat like I should.

It all dawned on me when someone posted that study about LBM. The one with Sumo-wrestlers, powerlifters and bodybuilders. The powerlifters and bodybuilders had similar LBM totals. The sumo-wrestlers had the most lean mass on average. To me that shows how anabolic food is, since the main job of a sumo-wrestler is stuffing himself silly and getting fat as hell.
Bulking really does work! Get big and fat and then cut down carefully. Most of the BB pros do it in the offseason too. Some of us can make steady gains and stay lean, but they are the exception.

For me it's really all about the milk, protien powder, and banana shakes - I eat (drink) one every three hours I'm awake... meals , snacks ect. go on top of what I consider my basic "gorilla shake" - this way I know my minimum protien, carb and fat needs are met and and everything else is just icing (or rib-eyes to be more precise) on the cake...

all of non-wtt gaining people (cant gain wt no matter how much creatine and tuna they eat) around the world would be amazed if they just bumped up calorice intake to surpass ADMR

quick story, i had a young guy 19 i worked with a few years ago that was 5'9 under 100lbs- he said no way he could gain weight

by following the eating plan i devised for him he gained 7lbs in two weeks, bunch of wt on less than 100lb frame - he was amazed

eat enough cals you will gain wt

thanks

My problem is that I pack on fat really easily!!! I'm always interested in trying new ways of eating surplus calories in order to gain muscle weight, but minimal fat weight.

I especially like what I've read about The IF diet, but I don't think I can do it with my lifestyle.
