So the second time i stuk to my same scheme. Good results, but working on some weak points this time, plus this time instead im doing an A/B setup that ive seen others run here.

My biggest focus is on chest development, esecially the bottom of it, as i have the typical 'hard-gainers' chest. My Legs back and arms are all sweet, but the chest is lacking.
