i pay weekly and train as many times as i want , i can walk away anytime. only certain gyms force contracts over here in the uk, and these are generally the large complex's, and where men train in lycra shorts
Yeah, my old gym gave you a choice: you could pay per day, per week, per month, six-monthly or annually; the cost per session getting cheaper the longer your membership.
I have a luxury... My company pays for the gym (5 minutes walk from my job), and we can take one hour a week from our duties to train (rest of the week I train on my lunch break). It's a pretty good gym with a section for strength training (free weights, power rack, etc.) and a tradmill-machine-causual-training-section.
Not to brag or something. I'm just content with the benefits.
