tkd

I wouldnt recommend it for bulking (theres a whole host of reasons, hormonal and stuff, as to why keto isnt a good idea for bulking).

It can be very useful for a cut though, as long as youve got sufficient protein and a sufficient calorie deficit youll be fine. The advantage to this compared to a CKD is that it doesnt rely on compliance for a full week. What I mean is you wont #### up a whole weeks cycle if you have an 'accident' or you have a commitment/event to go to, just get back on the program the next day - sorted!

Hey Nem,

I tried this diet a year ago. Granted, it was only for two weeks. Since I wasn't able to find much info on it, I basically cut my total carbs down to 20g or less per day but had some (mmm, Smarties!) right before workout. That was during my 8 week 22%-12% BF cut... Why did I only do it for two weeks? Well, besides forgetting to include fiber in the diet my tongue started to peal! Probably wasn't been related, but I wasn't taking any chances...

Have you ever heard of google,

TKDs have been around for a long time and there is plenty of people out there who have posted on various forums nad news groups about them

Bulking = ok but why?
Cutting = can work, but so can a lot of other things

YMMV
