Some months ago I started taking tribulus. Within several days my strength went up, including sex drive and energy levels. I then started taking wild yam and fenugreek. Within several weeks I gained 5 kg. It must have been muscle because I noticed no fat gain. I have kept the 5kg extra muscle for several months now. I recommend these supplements, especially tribulus, which is the most worthwhile for your money. Why do people say tribulus is a waste of money if it did this to me?
