I have seen some marketing bumph about Tribulus being 40% Saponins. Of course I purchased the first thing on the shelf which I now realize is 20 % saponins.
Is it necessary to have 40% Saponins ?
Are saponins the active ingredient ? Is it necessary to take twice the amount of 20 % for the same effect ?
