I checked PubMed, T-Mag etc and noticed that most of the studies done on Tribulus is at best inconclusive/conflicting and at worst has no effect on muscle strength or mass. There does however appear a plethora of anecdotal recommendations. I tried Tribex for a couple of months and found no difference in strength or mass but I did notice an increase in libido, but this only lasted for about a week. I also noticed that in the FAQ that Bryan doesn't mention it as a 'must have' either.
I am not saying it doesn't work for most people (although it didn't appear to for me but I didn't 'scientifically' get my T measured either), I was just wondering if anyone has found any current 'proper' studies to confirm/deny its efficacy. Thanks.
