I have tons of strength in my legs and can deadlift and squat a lot. My upper body is definately lagging behind. I want to gain strength in my bench press, bent over rows, military presses and curls. Any suggestions?

Oh yeah, and I don't have access to bench shirts, board presses, or bands. I really don't even know what they are...

Anyways I've built considerable strength over 2 years of lifting--roughly a 275-285 bench press, 400 squat, 450 deadlift.

I need to get those upper body lifts up--the bench, military, curls and rows.

    thanks for the replies :)

Your bench press sounds proportional to your squat and deadlift to me. Sounds like you're doing alright.
