Using the principles of HST to my situation

Hi!!
Just to say that I have gained 1 kg of LBM folling HST principles to my situation:

1.I am eating less than 1g/lb b.w of protein

2.I am training less than 3 times a week(i am training 2, because I travel from thursday to monday in every week

3.I am doing just 1 set per mov, but whit 1 rep shy of faulire

Even doing it, I still gained 1 kg of LBM(just finished the 10's).
I use from HST the 15/10/5 idea, and do full-body workouts.
Now, imagine how much can I gain training 3 times a week,eating rigth??Well, when this travel get's away, I will do the rigth routine.
Just to show that even if you dont have the rigth circunstances for your training, a litle creative and will can make a diference.

1g/lb bw isn't bad at all, as long as pre and post WO protein is there
