Since my starting weights are pretty low i was wondering if people were using lbs instead of kilios as increments ??
The only problem being is all the weights in my gym are Kilos :/ And 5 kilos each time on the machines.

but if i used BB,s then i could put the small 1 kilos or 2.5s on but hardly anything uses BBs :/

would it be ok to do say : 25k 25k 30k 30k 35k 35k ... etc ?

stupid kilos

yeah i seen in the FAQ that it works, but is it really optimal .

it seems to make me believe that the muscle will still grow with the same weight for 2-4 weeks depending on conditioning etc.. so i guess 2 workouts with the same weights is no problem?

Two workouts with the same weight is very acceptable. Sometimes it's difficult to make fine increments with certain movements; just don't sweat it and move up to the next weight when you can.

Some people actually don't do most of the singe-joint, isolation movements during 15s. This gives you a more linear progression with loads with these movements during 10s.

cheers,
Jules
