heres the thing my gym is packed, its free probably the reason, alot of stuff is not always available, compound exercises i could do but there is like only one curl bar and not too many different dumbells, however at home i have quality stuff for bi's curl bar , dumbell etc. , however i don't want to go to the gym and then come home and do bi's as the only thing i want to do when i come home is eat. just wondering if i could do just the bi's on the next day so basically i go to the gym MWF and do bis T,thr, sat. and i don't mean a crazy day filled with bi's more like just 2 - 4 sets which includes a warm up. I have alot of energy at the gym so doing iso's is not a problem for me, i have alot of energy hardly ever get burnt out. and for those who think i shouldn't do iso (just before i get flamed by the compound gods
) i do focus on compounds at the gym and I'm pretty big 215lbs about 5'11'' and compounds are good at getting my overall body big and wide however the iso have given me more definition. or should i come home from the gym and do bi's?
