I am glad you have reached the ultimate understanding of HST, its principles and the fact that it is the "chameleon" in adaptability.

One can easily say thanks and it is due to guys like Dan, Bryan, Blade and Vicious who have done some deep research to provide us with even more adaptability, what a wake up call

The guys in this thread have a lot of patience too, there was a point where I must admit I had lost it reading your posts

but seeing the responses kind of woke up this almost religious response (Christlike) to see beyond the anger

I am GLAD I DID!

THe guys patience and perserverance has converted yet another skeptic (if we can call it that) some of us are just extremelly analytical, at the risk of sounding erroneously radical.

Hehehe, well, we all love answering questions because we don't really have a life.

I'm sure I'll also be speaking for the other guys here... we take the time and patience to answer all questions (that we can), because we understand how it feels to be a newbie and totally confused... we were all newbies once... and sometimes all it takes to clear up the confusion is a "personal" touch - not just "read the faqs again, %@%@!", but a warm, friendly "Okay, it's like this... let's make it less technical, so just look at it as..."

Glad you are having good results and are satisfied with HST, Joe. Just keep it up, get enough rest, maintain a proper diet, and you are on the road to getting a fantastic physique!
