Bench press has always been the hardest movement for me and as of late I've thought about bringing my grip width in so that I can get into a better position. How do YOU,personally, bench? Is your grip width wide, medium, or narrow? Where do you like to bring the bar? Under the nipples, on the nipples, lower chest, stomach? Do you use leg drive throughout the lift or do you use leg drive only during the concentric? Do you really focus on the arch and the scapular retraction or are you a rip-and-go kind of guy?
