What phase was the best in gains for you?

OH and hey, hmm how many sets do u reckon is uh more productive during the 15s? in my 1st cycle i did 1 set, and i really wasn't sore at all the next day ay. i was still going to do 1x15, 2x10, 3x5 to keep the volume FAIRLY constant, but yeah, i'm just not sure, is it okay to do 2 sets of 15s, and then drop the volume a bit goin into 2 sets of the 10s?
i might actually just do one SUPER SLOW set, and then the lactic acid BURN the crap out of me hehe! will that make me sooooore??? LOL
 
one thing that i found with hst and im sure others too,is that you dont often get sore.

and doms are not an indicator for growth,so dont worry.i tend to do 2 sets in the 15's,but everyones different,if you can handle the volume then proceed,just listen to what your bodies telling you.
