when to work rotator cuffs during hst

since RC exs are not trying to provide you with limit strrength or hypertrophy you could probably just perform them at the end of your workouts staying with light weights doing at least 15 reps, no where near failure.
 
I've started doing rotary cuff exercises. I just do one set after each of my workouts. I don't know if it's helping, I haven't really ever had shoulder problems. I think minimal work on them should be sufficient for preventing injuries though. Now if you are trying to recover or rehab due to a previous problem, then it may be different.
