Where Are results from HST? #nointernetpresence

    You must not be looking very hard. I mean, I'm sure it's quite demanding to click the "Training Logs" section and read through some of the many, many training logs kept here where people talk in great detail about their strength increases and their body composition changes. I guess we should have named that section "#traininglogs" instead, maybe it would have been easier for you to find.

    Not very good but it's all for now. I'll try to catch better pictures soon. Muscles are cold. Please don't notice my fat belly, I've been bulking for 6 months (lol).
