I have started SD:ing. So I haven't trained for 4 days yet.
I´m in a "for fun" powerlifting competition and were just told i need to redo benchpress and deadlift. Will going to the gym today to max out on them interrupt my SD so i need to rest 12 days (from tomorrow) instead of 8?
