starting a new workout today, last minute thought...

i do...
squats
leg press
incline/flat bench
mil press
abs
pullups/chinups
dips

should I add in rows or subsitute pulls/chins for rows?

Add rows and alternate or superset, remove leg press, add deadlifts once p/week!

I've personally started doing bent over rows and pull ups (wide pronated grip), focusing on scapula retration/depression respectively, to fix my posture (though I can't lift very much weight for pull ups vs. chin ups, so not best for mass building).

The general consensus is to alternate sup chins with rows every 2nd workout.

Rows and chins every workout will put some lats on ya.  Especially when done with the HST progression.

Real deadlifts can be done each time with the HST principals, or every week and still follow the principals with bigger increases in weight.

SLDL can be done every workout when using about the same weight you squat with...SLDL is primarily for the hammies, but still works the back pretty good.
