I've read the ketogenic diet by Lyle Mcdonad. He recommends that no one on a cutting diet should take EC and yohimbee on the same day unless you allow 4-5hrs between the two drugs. He advocates alternating days of taking the EC stack and yohimbee. My question is has anyone tried this? Would I gain any benefit from doing this? Or should I stick with taking the EC hcl stack 6 times a day every 2hrs at 10mg ephedrine and 100mg of caffeine per dosage?
