    I'm 20 years old, 157 lbs w/ a 29" waist... you say "unfortunately" -- hey, I'm glad to hear that they should be counted... that probably gets me an extra 300 calories per day without even trying ;)

    Bryan, I notice you italicized "cause". Does that imply that it can in someway contribute to increased hair growth? Or does it simply mean that creatine, in and of itself, has no bearing whatsoever on one's hairiness? thanks.

    What % of calories should be fat?

    Right now I'm trying to bulk... going at ~3000 cal/day, usually about 175g protein and 80g of fat (~25%). Is there some general consensus as to what % of calories should be fat for maximum gains? Thanks. Chris

    Are creatine products that contain certain nutritional additives such as Taurine and Alpha Lipoic acid (for example) any better than those that contain just pure creatine? Just a quick question... Thanks, Chris
