    I see no reason to do a SD unless your joints are complaining. UD2 training protocol is not scheduled around progression in weights as the fundamental factor - but a balls to the wall training session in the end of the week. Happy dieting :)

    It is more easily done then you might think, the 12 hours just need to be coordinated with the time you get up in the morning - i.e. the end of the 12 hours (48 between workouts -36 for increased protein synthesis) being upon wakeup :)

    I know that feeling. It's amazing how many calories a fullbody workout takes... I am also back at counting calories for this cycle... Btw. I have great success cutting for the first 3 weeks of HST, and then eat to gain for the rest of the cycle.
