    Well I see that u can get sore from high reps. As i said my diet is a surplus 2g/kg protein, min 1g/kg fat rest carbs. veggies and fruits etc classic supps. I mean the prob isnt the soreness but the general feeling sick during the time im not in the gym. I feel like its limiting at work etc...

    yep 9 days. the only thing i did differently from last cylce is that i calculated my 10 and 15 rm by using my actual 5rms. but when i used my actual 15 rm last cycle i was wasted aswell :S

    Ok, I just did the set with 25% of the calculated weight. I already failed during my 2nd set of OHP at 13 reps with only 85% of my 15rm max... Hope it was an exception.

    The volume is already at 2 sets for legpress and only 1 for rdl. Ill just skip RDL and maybe Legpress today and see, if it gets better.

    Sorry, its me again :) So my hamstrings are still too sour to train from monday. Should I just skip them during todays training, or should I switch the routine, as I dont seem to get enough recovery?

    ye i aim for 1-1,5 kg pder month as im pretty light with 80kg at 1,92m @ around 13% BF. Going to bulk up to 90 kg now.

    Ah another one: in the book it says i should go for a weight gain of 0,5-1kg per WEEK. Isnt that a little too much? Even if I only lifted for a year now. The numbers I know are around 2 kg per month as a beginner and half of that as intermediate.

    Yes, I am on RFL right now. I was just curious in genereal, since the ebook does not seem to provide detailed information, wether one should use max. RM EVERY workout or ramp up to max over 2 weeks+ during a cut.

    Hi, so if I wanna cut on HST will ich stick to my 10 and 5 RM MAX? So do 2 weeks of 10RM and than stay with the 5s? Or will i still progress to my 10/5 RM max using something like 70, 75, 80 95....% of my 10/5 Max?
