    Sounds like Leo Costa's Big Beyond Belief program from 20 odd years ago. Is this what you are basing it on? I have a copy of the book somewhere and there is a pdf version floating around online. It still has a strong following and a lot of people swear by it.

    If we want to extrapolate from the available research it might be best to continue to add days per week (increase frequency) as we become more advanced. Protein synthesis duration becomes shorter (16-18 hours) in advanced. Could be one reason gains slow considerably after the first year or two...
