Is cardio advisable during SD? Or do you have to turn your back completely away from the place? Aslo should i keep the protein intake high during SD. This will be my 1 st cycle(been lifting for 2 & 1/2 yrs so i,m curious and wan to get everything right. It'll feel wierd not going to the gym...
