    I have been putting all my protein in my post shake, about 40 grams. I read an interesting article this weekend supporting protein in the pre shake. Should I cut my post in half and add that to my pre. BTW, I haven't been using a pre, just eating an apple or orange an hour or so before workout.

    Never worked the finals, but I was one of the first bullfighters ever hired by the PBR when it first started in the early 90's. I still stay in touch with all of the guys.
