    Exercise selection with a few questions

    I say if u want a bigger chest. Forget decline all together. Do inclines. Everyone is different, but I quit doing declines months ago. I just didnt feel it realy working my chest. I have been told many times, if u want that big chest, the incline bench is where ur gonna get it. IM OUT
