    Personally I bring my stuff with me. I usually know the weights that I'm doing and all that, but I just don't want to screw anything up.

    Yeah that bearhug technique is what I usually see for spotting, but generally people don't do negatives on squats. It can be pretty dangerous if you ask me. I just up the weight and start clustering, myself.

    For cutting I think full body everytime would actually be optimal. You'd burn more calories than you would with a split routine.

    Yep, you can either do the morning routine again in the pm, or you can switch up the exercises from am to pm. You can also, do upper body in the morning and lower body at night etc. Lots of variety, that's one of the great things about HST.
