    Thank you. That's great advice. BTW it was the main reason I kept bulking for so long. O&G told me once and I found very logical. I think there's a price to pay on changing between bulk and cut, so the less changes is better.

    Indeed. My initial plan was to cut until 10-11% so I would be able to bulk for at least 7 months. I honesty prefer my appearance under 13% but you know what, I'm getting sick of this cutting thing. I'm planning to keep two more weeks to see if I can get a little under 12 and start growing again.

    You can workaround this by saving your carbs to use them next your workout. I train at 6pm and usually keep intake at minimum so one hour before training I take 30g or 40g of Maltodextrin. After training I'll take some more carbs to help compensation.

    The results for your calculation seem wrong. I found 210lbs of LBM and I'm 6' tall. I don't remember ankle and wrist sizes but I can guarantee you I have very thin wrists.

    Now things are getting clear. I didn't lost any strength but I lost tolerance for higher volume. Last week was great, only trained twice. This week I trained at Monday and again today. Got the usual loads but ended a lot more tired. I'm even feeling some twitches in the triceps.

    Charr, Maybe you should test your testosterone level. I don't believe you can't loose weight on 2000kcal with you height and weight, unless you have hormonal issues.
