    Cutting with HST

Totz. There is nothing wrong with my will power. But RFL just seem extreme. And no I'm not eating any more than those calories 100%. There is nothing wrong with my weighing. The digital scales are accurate. I also don't consume calories from drinks. I only drink water 99% of the time. I have a...

    Cutting with HST

What height are you leonardo? I did lose weight at first when I was 206 pounds. I lost 6 pounds eating about 2300 cals per day. It's when I get to around 200lb things get sticky for me. I do fit the endomorph type whether they exist or not. It can't be a coincidence.

The guy didn't eat at all? I am eating those calories though. There is nothing wrong with my will power. Everything is measured and weighed. My diet is as follows which I am eating everyday through out the week. 1 round wholemeal toast. 60g oats with 300ml skimmed milk and 2 scoops protein. I...

    Cutting with HST

So how is it maintaining? Still training 3 days per week. Plus cardio Tues and Thurs. I still think that endomorphs exist though. There are plenty of people who fit that body type and we all struggle to lose fat. I was lean when I was younger. Age 10 and below. When I hit age 11 I balooned...

    Cutting with HST

I think the problem is i'm just an endomorph. I can't seem to hit the goals I want to. I have spent 4 months bulking in the last 2 years. The other time I have spent dieting (or trying too). I'm want to get leaner so I can go on a long slow bulk. I feel I am not hitting my true potential in the...

    Rethinking Hst

Bryan has stated before that the SD allows you to continue growing more muscle using weights you have previously used before (opposite to what you are saying Rihad) Is this true?

    Cutting with HST

It's too extreme for me jester. I'm also not a big eater of vegetables so I wouldn't be able to fill up on them. I've trained 2 weeks at maintenance now. I'm trying a new stricter diet from what I was on. It works out at about 1700 calories. 211g protein. 131g carbs and 35g fat. I'm concerned...

    Cutting with HST

I have been eating at maintenance calories for about 2 weeks now. My calories have been 2800 which according to IIFYM calculator is maintenance for training 5 days per week (I run 1 mile on Tues and Thurs). The thing is at these calories my weight has stayed the same so I must be in and around...

    Hst Now With Dup (tm)

I wouldn't think that this would be as effective. The whole point of HST is to decondition the muscles to weight and then gradually build up to your max weight over time. You muscles adapt in the process. So going from light weights to heavy weight back to lighter weights back to heavy weights...
