    @Jester @Totentnanz. Fair enough. Mick. It's usually around 1200 cals first meal and 800 cals second meal. I am taking another 100 cals on weight training days. Usually just a round of wholemeal toast before I train.

    I haven't tried that but I'm trying to do the best to manage hunger and I personally find carbs more filling than protein. My lean body mass is probably around 170 pounds so at 200g I am get over 1lb per lean body mass. Does going to 1.5lb aid fat loss?

    I probably did. Still trying to workout what is best for me when bulking and cutting. I assumed at 6ft I should have been ok on a 3100cals on training days and 2900 cals on non training days diet. It seemed like a conservative estimation.

    Hi Jester. I did 3 cycles HST on a bulk starting about April. But I just seem to have gained a tonne of fat and little muscle. I decided to do an 8 week cut to hopefully lose fat to the point where I am comfortable again and carry on trying to bulk.

    Wungun, it's possible. But i'm only doing a little cardio. I'm eating around 2200 - 2300 calories and using cardio to burn an extra 100 cals or so by doing 1.5 mile on the treadmil twice a week with my weight training. Working on my conditioning a little too in the process

    Thats something I wanted to understand more about. If I have a "cheat" day where I don't stick to the macros but I still stick to around 2000 calories. Will I still be losing weight? For example the cheat day will probably be higher fat and carbs and less protein but the calories are the same...
