    Hang free weights off of the pins on the machines to gain extra weight - or secure them in some fashion. But if you do do that, make sure the central shaft isnt grinding (wont happen for light free-weights).

    Generally, creatine DOES help you put more weight, but I'd stick to the "guideline" increase for this cycle. If you find you can push more - adjust as you go along. As far as I know, 20% should be a decent incline. Your maxes shouldn't really change. Any other opinions people???

    Have you tried taking weight gainers? They've really helped me pack on the pounds. I'm gaining approx 2.5lb a week (hardgainer too) eating 3200kcals or above a day (i'm 147lbs at present).
