    we have some people here gaining EXTRA ordinary mass training everyday full body routines... well, if u are in this genetic FREAK group then try it.. but many of us would find it really hard to achieve it... tell me, do u have deadlifts and/or squats in your routine if not you may do it...

    yes my friend, the meal frequency is irrevelent.. eat once, twice etc doesnt matter.. thermodynamics and biology are the same... also there is no such thing as glycemic index, people are only paranoiac about it... eat whatever u want as long as it meets your caloric needs... even your metabolism...

    the more u are able to eat clean calories in the max frequency the better. eating say per two hours makes insulin levels more stable and preventing ups and downs in blood sugar levels thus providing the extra kick in the gh levels and preventing the calories turning into fat... and the more...

    and here is my story... the first time i have touched barbells and dumbells i was 152 pounds with a 6'4 frame. İ used the routine described in the book: Arnold the education of a bodybuilder, and went up to 185 pounds.. as a teenager, that was awesome and people around me clearly...
