well i m taking this from the main site, but i'd liek to ask where the regular deadlifts are? I love doing them i don't wanna have to stop doing them!
I would do this MWF and maybe i could do regular deadlifts on tuesday?

Stiff leg deads 2*10
Barbell Bench 2*10
Inc. DB bench 1*10...
