    Does this translate to "sandwich with multi-grain bread?" I thought sandwiches were a good solution, especially pre-workout, but I've been told my diet is too high in processed foods. I took that to mean all breads, pastas, etc had to go.

    I had the same loss coming out of 15s. As I move into 10s, I hope to see some improvement. One reason offered to me was too few calories, but reviewing my diet leads me to believe my intake is too high.
