    Any stretch done only seems to stretch the muscle and has absolutely no effect on the bone. For example, if I stretch my torso only my muscles get stretched but I remain the same height however my rip cage appears smaller. So, is there anyway to stretch bone or can you only stretch muscle?

    Help me with a strength routine

    I don't want to do a powerlifting routine because I don't like the exercise selection. And I don't want to do HIT because the 20rep squat plan and other things are not best for hypertrophy. If I decide to use this routine it's going to be because I want to gain strength and mass is irrelevant...

    But the thing about parallel squats is that the quads are at the most tension at parallel so the quads get conditioned to that amount of tension thus eventually the other part of the rep will be less effective for hypertrophy than at parallel. But with full squat tension stays mostly the same...

    Is it safe to lower the dumbells further

    Normally, I used to just lower to shoulder height. But I found if I lowered it below shoulder height I got more DOMS the next day and felt a great stretch. My only concern is whether I face an injury risk doing this. Also is it safe to below parallel in dumbell press? Again, great stretch.

    I went five days, I had a close call on day 4 but the PC muscle managed to hold it back. I had the orgasm and everything but no mess. This built up some confidence and I went too far. On day 5 it just flooded out of nowhere, no amount of PC flexing could stop all that. Time to start again :sigh:

    Do wet dreams count against abstinence for the test boost? How can you tell if you ejaculated or not? Sometimes when I'm just trying to get hard for that test boost a little bit of fluid slips out.
