    Need to adjust my HST cycle

    I don't see why that workout takes you so long. I've got more exercises and I'm done within 45 minutes easily. Take 30-60 seconds between supersets.

    Alternating workouts

    1 is better than 2 and 2 is better than 3 because with more exercises you lose the effectiveness of weight progression.

    Morning Workouts

    I eat about 600 calories an hour and a half before I workout in the morning and haven't had any problems. The only way to really know what works for you is to try both out.

    Coming off a cycle...

    You can continue using your 5-rep max or more if you can. When I come off cycle in a couple of weeks I'm going switch over to a 5x5 style workout for the duration of my PCT.

    Olive oil

    Flax seeds. Grind up and toss them on salads, in a shake or a bowl of oatmeal. Or you can eat them like they are.
