Which is your favorite exercise?

That's hardly a fair match up. Both Deads and BORs are very popular lifts. I wouldn't want to have to give up one in order to do the other.

One exercise has to win TR.... so fair and balanced gets thrown out the window when the best of the best are matched up against each other.
