Hey guys i have been lifting for a few years and im deciding to give hst a shot. I was going to use a 6 day split but im not sure how to set this up. I have been reading most people do and upper lower split and i like that idea but im not sure how to incorporate DL into the system since you utilize your back as well. Would it be too much to do legs/back/bi 3 days a week and chest/shoulder/tri 3 days a week? For the leg days i was considering switching back and forth between squats/rows/pullups and DL/leg press/chins or something along those lines. Is that too many different lifts to use? And if not, would you want to drop the weight 10lbs for everyday you do that specific lift or drop it 10lbs for each leg day.
